Role Overview:
Skilled painters responsible for delivering high-quality interior and exterior finishes, cabinet spraying, prep work, and light repairs. Must represent Pierpont Painting with professionalism and craftsmanship.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform interior and exterior painting with clean, consistent results
  • Fine-finish spraying of cabinets, doors, and trim
  • Surface prep: sanding, masking, caulking, patching, and priming
  • Protect floors, furniture, and customer property
  • Light carpentry or repairs as needed (filling nail holes, small drywall patches)
  • Maintain a clean, organized jobsite daily
  • Communicate clearly with project managers and clients when needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential or commercial painting
  • Skilled in brushing, rolling, and spraying
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Strong eye for detail — no overspray, clean lines, and consistent finish
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on ladders
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and professional
  • Must pass background check
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Role Overview:
Responsible for overseeing daily operations of painting and remodel projects, ensuring quality control, customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily task lists for painters and crews
  • Manage project timelines and ensure on-schedule completion
  • Communicate with clients: walk-throughs, updates, change orders
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries
  • Inspect work for quality and consistency
  • Resolve onsite issues and ensure jobs meet Pierpont Painting standards
  • Track labor hours and job progress
  • Provide end-of-project quality walkthroughs with customers

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in construction, painting management, or remodel supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read plans, measure, and assess work scopes
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across projects
  • Comfortable using apps for scheduling, estimates, and documentation
  • Must pass background check
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Role Overview:
Handles incoming leads, conducts on-site estimates, provides proposals, and helps drive overall revenue for the company. Acts as the first point of contact for homeowners.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed on-site measurements and evaluations
  • Create accurate proposals based on labor, materials, and scope
  • Follow up with leads and assist customers with project decisions
  • Maintain communication from estimate through project hand-off
  • Provide options, color guidance, and explain our process clearly
  • Meet monthly sales goals and maintain CRM notes
  • Represent Pierpont Painting with professionalism and integrity


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous sales or estimating experience in home services preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to price painting and small carpentry work (training provided if needed)
  • Clean, professional appearance
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Tech-savvy: able to use CRM/estimating software
  • Motivated, organized, and confident
  • Must pass background check
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
