Exterior
Over time, exterior paint wears and can start to flake, chip, and crack, especially if the work was done in a hurry. Bright CA sunshine, wind from the summer fog season, and (when we’re lucky) a relentless wet winter can take a toll on your exterior paint. You could tackle a re-paint yourself, which would mean days of scraping and pressure washing away impurities from window sachets, trim, fascias, and other nooks and crannies… and you would not have even gotten to painting yet.
